Code Processing: By default, all code analysis happens locally on your machine. Optional cloud features are clearly marked and require explicit consent.
Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cogment Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your code and content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COGMENT INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
